As the global numbers of persons currently infected with COVID19 remains on the rise, the Department of Petroleum Resources Medical team organized a Health Awareness Talk on COVID19 and LASSA Fever, 2 diseases of this time.

Basic precautionary Care against COVID19:

Frequently wash hands throughly with soap and water
Maintain social distance at least 3 feet distance between you and persons coughing or sneezing
Avoid touching mouth, nose and eyes
Practice proper hygiene

Precaution against the spread of LASSA Fever includes:

Do not touch rats with bare hands
Avoid exposing your consumables to rats
Avoid contact with persons who have been exposed to /infected with LASSA fever e.t.c
