INVITATION TO ATTEND PHASE TWO (2) CONSULTATION FORUM WITH STAKEHOLDERS ON DRAFT REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO THE PETROLEUM INDUSTRY ACT (PIA) 2021
In line with Section 216 (1) of the PIA 2021, which requires the Commission to consult with stakeholders prior to finalising regulations or amendments to regulations, all stakeholders are hereby invited to attend the consultation forum on the following draft regulations:

- Upstream Petroleum Environmental Remediation Fund Regulations
- Acreage Management (Drilling & Production) Regulations
- Upstream Petroleum Safety Regulations
- Unitisation Regulations
- Upstream Petroleum Environmental Regulations
- Nigeria Frontier Exploration Fund Regulations
- The consultation forum is scheduled to take place as follows:
