Corporate Services and Administration
The Corporate Service and Administration Department (CS&A), is the cornerstone of the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), standing as a linchpin in guaranteeing the seamless operation and sustainability of our organization while adhering to regulatory standards. The department comprises of two divisions tasked with the responsibility of overseeing the human capital management, multifaceted administrative and facility-related responsibilities, and multi-dimensional stakeholder engagement.
At the core of the role of CS&A is to strategically collaborate with other departments to ensure full optimization of employee potentials in a conducive and thriving working environment anchored on bolstering operational excellence in line with the organization's value statement and overarching objectives for increased productivity within the intricately regulated upstream sector.
General Administration Division
The General Administration Division (GA) serves as the backbone of the Commission, ensuring employee well-being, efficient operations, and strategic alignment to drive sustainable growth and organizational success in line with corporate policy and terms of service (CPTS). The division is comprised of various integral sections, each playing a distinct role in fostering organizational efficiency.

Manpower Resource Planning
Ensures optimization of workforce efficiency including attraction and retention of qualified and skilled human resources to the Commission when required.
Staff Welfare and Benefits
Staff welfare and benefits sit outside the traditional HR framework, yet are structured to ensure employee satisfaction through transparent compensation practices and comprehensive support.
Human Capital Development
Strategically aligns employee skills with organizational goals, fostering continuous learning and innovation to maintain a competitive edge and drive sustainable development.
Employee Performance Management and Discipline
Ensures fairness in staff evaluations, promotion and disciplinary procedures.
Medical Services

Services Division
Services Division is made up of a dedicated and reliable team charged with the mandate to provide optimal service delivery for the effective functionality of office facilities and assets in the Commission. The team works assiduously to harness the resources available to support the Commission to become Africa's leading Regulator by promoting sustainable value creation for all stakeholders.

Office Facilities
Provision of conducive and standardized offices for the workforce across operating locations.
Building Projects
Supervision and monitoring of office building projects including renovation, upgrade and construction.
Furniture and Space Allocation
Provision of furniture and allocation of office space to Management and Staff.
Facilities Maintenance
Effective maintenance of workplace facilities and the inculcation of maintenance culture amongst internal stakeholders while ensuring protection of the assets against eventualities like fire.
Workplace Aesthetics
Sustenance and improvement of workplace aesthetics and the effective administration of statutory obligations for the smooth running of all work processes, thereby ensuring work productivity.
Transportation
Provision of safe voyage for Staff and VIPs on official assignments, thereby facilitating swift engagements with the industry and other relevant stakeholders.
Vehicle Insurance
Effective administration of official vehicles Insurance in collaboration with reputable insurance companies.
Security
Consistent provision and maintenance of a safe and secure office environment.
