About the ADRC
The Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre (ADRC) is a flagship initiative of the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), established to facilitate the efficient and cost-effective resolution of disputes in the upstream petroleum sector.
As part of the National Oil and Gas Excellence Centre (NOGEC), the ADRC provides a world-class platform for mediation, conciliation, and arbitration, ensuring that disputes are resolved with technical expertise and industry-specific understanding, thereby promoting a stable and attractive investment climate.
